No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

2 cups sugar 

1⁄4 cup cocoa 

1⁄2 cup milk 

1⁄2 cup butter 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

3 1/2 cups Franz Hot Cereal & Baking Mix

Pinch of salt

In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a boil. Boil for one minute. Take off heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, salt and Franz Hot Cereal & Baking Mix. Allow to set for 2 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheet. Allow to cool and enjoy.
