SALAMI & VEGGIE SANDWICH

Makes 1 serving/sandwich
- 2 slices Franz Organic White Bread
- 6-8 Genoa Salami slices
- Approximately 2 tablespoons herbed cream cheese
- Approximately 2-4 slices of Roma tomatoes
- Approximately 4-6 thin slices of cucumber
- Spread herbed cream cheese on each slice of bread, set one slice aside.
- Top the other slice of bread with salami, tomatoes, and cucumber, then top with second slice of bread.
