SALAMI & VEGGIE SANDWICH

Makes 1 serving/sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Franz Organic White Bread
  • 6-8 Genoa Salami slices
  • Approximately 2 tablespoons herbed cream cheese
  • Approximately 2-4 slices of Roma tomatoes
  • Approximately 4-6 thin slices of cucumber

Directions

  1. Spread herbed cream cheese on each slice of bread, set one slice aside.
  2. Top the other slice of bread with salami, tomatoes, and cucumber, then top with second slice of bread.
  3. Enjoy!
